The delivery system is flawed and these people are lazy. They lost my package and then lied about it being delivered.

Horrible lost my package
We live out in the county - We are constantly getting mail delivered for our neighbor and they are getting ours. we are currently looking for a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but have no idea where it is! Not real happy with them.
